AxioVision 4 Module Time Lapse

AxioVision 4 Module Time Lapse Module for acquisition of time lapse images:
- Definition of intervals between exposures
- Definition of total acquisition time
- Definition of number of cycles
- Acquire at maximum possible speed (depends on hardware)
- Acquire at maximum possible duration (depends on available harddisk space)
- Time lapse acquisition can be paused to evaluate already acquired images or to change experimental parameters (such as number of channels, exposure time, time lapse parameters etc.)
- Automatic auto save function stores images as they are acquired to prevent data loss
- Long time lapse acquisition mode allows acquisition of time series with several thousands of time points (especially in conjunction with the module Mark & Find; acquisition only in non-ZVI formats including acquisition parameters)
- Experiment size only limited by harddisk space
- Experimental setup can be stored for repeated acquisitions
- ReUse functionality to extract experimental conditions from acquired images
- Hardware control by assignment of Hardware Settings "Before..." and "After Time point..."
- Includes new function "Smart Experiments" for setting up flexible experimental procedures with a simple graphical interface
- The module now contains a set of time lapse specific image processing functions (Gliding Average, Time Differential, Time Concatenate, Image Ratio, Time Lapse Alignment)
