- Definition of stage movement and number of measurements.
- Automatic measurement of diameter and area of reference circles.
- Presentation of results in data lists with single measurement values and statistical values.
- Report with setting values and results as statistics and histogram. Scope of delivery:
- Reference plate with hole and line graticules: Size 76.2 mm x 25.4 mm x 1.0 mm ( Lenght x Width x Hight) Hole diameter resp. line width in 19 steps from 10 to 1000 µm Accuracy +- 1 µm for finest line resp. Smallest hole (10 µm)
