AxioVision 4 Module Interactive Measurement Module for interactive measurement in AxioVision software
- Measurement of morphological parameters by drawing contours interactively: e.g.: area, orientation angles, perimeter, diameter, center of gravity, diameter of the circle (with equivalent area), circular shape factor, circumscribing rectangle, projections and others
- Measurement of mean gray/color value and their standard deviation, minimum and maximum gray/color value, sum of gray values of interactively drawn contours
- More than 90 different parameters are available for interactive measurements
- Availability of selected image tags as parameters for measurement (e.g. relative time, channel name, focus position, exposure time etc.)
- Assignment of specific classes to measured features
- Free configuration of all interactive measurement tools to only show desired parameters in table, list and display overlay
- Visualization of measurements for 2D and multidimensional images both in the image and in a spreadsheet
- Measured features are stored in the image archive together with the image
- Export to MS ExcelTM compatible format
- Two measurement tools to mark points relatively to a user defined coordinate system.
