AxioVision 4 Module Correlative Particle Analyzer (CAPA)

AxioVision 4 Module Correlative Particle Analyzer (CAPA) In combination with the MosaiX module and the SmartPI EM software, the AxioVision Correlative Particle Analyzer Module serves for detailed material characterization with in-depth information, which delivers combined results from light and electron microscope analysis.
